• Tough screening measures to detect suspected or infected coronavirus passengers at airports • No chance to ‘cheat’ the original place of living or visiting

The Ministry of Foreign Relations has decided to suspend all services offered by the Consular Affairs Division of the Ministry until 20 March 2020 (Friday), to support the Government’s efforts at restricting the congregation of the general public, thereby making the public and the staff vulnerable to the spread of COVID-19.

The interprovincial service private busses were disinfected at the Colombo Bastian Mawatha Private Bus Stand  today (16) under the supervision of the National Transport Commission.

The Examination Department issuing a statement yesterday stated that all certificates would only be issued online due to the current Coronavirus threat.
