A meeting, headed by Hon Namal Rajapaksa, Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs at the Ministry of Sports yesterday (17) explored possibilities of sharing professional knowledge, facilities and equipment of Tri services and the Police for promotion of national and school level athletics as they have been at the forefront of Sri Lankan athletics and sports.

Ambassador Majintha Jayesinghe presented Credentials to Dr. Lassina Zerbo, Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) at the Vienna International Centre, accrediting as the Permanent Representative of Sri Lanka to the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO).

The Hon. Minister for Justice Ali Sabry, P.C. was paid a courtesy call by H.E. Dr. Zuhair M.H. Zaid, the Ambassador for Palestine in Sri Lanka.
