The 7th consecutive International Tourism Leaders’ Summit (TLS) and Tourism Research Conference sessions, held yesterday morning (27) at Kandy City Center in parallel to the official celebration of the UN World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and World Tourism Day in Sri Lanka, together with the Department of Trade Commerce and Tourism, Central Province in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and Aviation, had Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Chief of Defence Staff, Commander of the Army and Head, National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) as the distinguished keynote speaker for the sessions.
