Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau issuing a statement yesterday requested the Sri Lankan migrant workers to postpone their traveling schedules considering the Covid-19 outbreak.

Four students from the Sri Jayawardenepura University Management Faculty were arrested over the alleged ragging incident in which a first-year freshman at the university critical injuries.

The old parliament which is currently, the Presidential Secretariat will be open to the public every weekend from March 14^th between, 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

The government has initiated two investigations to look into the ragging incident which occurred at the Sri Jayawardenapura University where a first year freshman was critically injured, said the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Bandula Gunawardena.
