Foreign Minister Dinesh Gunawardena handed over a cheque amounting to SLRs. 2,653,125.00 to the spouse of late Mr. K P Manjula Antony on 16 March 2021 at the premises of

the Foreign Ministry.

The ‘Shake Hands - 1’ military exercise, which was initiated under the conceptual guidance given by the Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army, General ShavendraSilva, is currently being conducted at the Gajaba Regiment premises in Saliyapura. The exercise will be held with the participation of Sri Lanka Army and Pakistan Army personnel until March 31.

Dhamma schools in the Western Province to be reopened on April 25

The Department of Buddhist Affairs notifies that Dhamma school grade examinations are scheduled to be held on 09th May 2021.
