Navy launches Maritime Doctrine of Sri Lanka marking another first in Sri Lankan history
July 10, 2020Marking another first in the Sri Lankan history, Sri Lanka Navy ( 09th July ) launched the Maritime Doctrine of Sri Lanka (MDSL) at the Navy Headquarters, under the auspices of Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva.
