The Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam with the concurrence of the Government of Sri Lanka has appointed Mrs. Ho Thi Thanh Truc as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to Sri Lanka in succession of H.E. (Ms.) Pham Thi Bich NGOC.

March 31, 2021Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne presided over the inauguration of 1st reef cleaning project in 2021 organized by ‘Oceanlust’ e-magazine at Malima Club House, Uswetakeiyawa (27th March 2021).
