Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne (12th October 2022) formally handed over the letter of appointment to Rear Admiral Jayantha Kularatne, who was appointed as the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Navy, and expressed his best wishes.
