This is the 12th in a series of electoral level awareness programmes commenced by President Maithripala Sirisena to educate activists of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party on future political plans and activities.

The inaugural island-wide program themed ‘Let’s Get United, Win and Work’, commenced in Dambadeniya.

The conference was organized by the SLFP Badulla District Leader and Opposition Leader Nimal Siripala de Silva. SLFP General Secretary Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, UPFA General Secretary Susil Premajayantha, Deputy Minister Lakshman Senevirathna, Parliamentarians representing Badulla District Dilan Perera, Dr.Rohana Pushpakumara, Uditha Lokubandara, Chamika Buddhadasa, Thenuka Vidanagamage and Badulla District representatives of the Sri Lanka Freedom Partywere present.
