Total number of Corona patients 1045

The routine Media interaction at the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) at Rajagiriya took place yestarday afternoon (20), headed by Mrs Pavithradevi Wanniarachchi, Minister of Health and Indigenous Medical Services, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Head of the NOCPCO, Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army and Medical Specialist, Dr Anil Jasinghe, Director General of Health Services.

Another five (05) naval personnel infected with coronavirus and underwent treatment in hospitals, were discharged from the hospitals being tested negative to COVID-19, on 18th May 2020.
