While speaking at the occasion, State Minister Wijewardene expressed the main expected outcome of this noble funding, which is to uplift the standards of Sunday religious education sessions in temples located in the Biyagama region.

Prior to this, State Minister has also donated Rs 100,000.00 among five temples in the Biyagama region.

Accordingly, Chief Prelates of the temple Venerable Walgama Ananda Thero received the noble donation.

At the outset of the Ceremony State Minister also distributed gift parcels among elders of Kalyana elders association in Biyagama.
