Kandy District Secretary H.M.P.Hitisekara has organized this programme with the view to strengthen the process of providing an efficient public service.

The training programme is scheduled to be held on November 05 and 06 with the participation of Development Officers and State Management Assistants of all Government offices established in the Kandy District Secretariat premises.

Accordingly on the first day, the training programme will be held at the Auditorium of the District Secretariat and on the final day at the Katugastota Public Service Training Institute from 8.00 am. to 4.15 pm.

It is planned to extend this training programme to other officers of the District Secretariat, in the near future.
