"We will ensure delivery of targets and goals set focusing on short, medium and long term strategies and confront structural development challenges to facilitate transition towards an upper middle income economy.

"We are not looking forward to providing a platform for few millionaires only but endeavor to pave the way for millions of millionaires to come into existence.
