In a message to President Maithripala Sirisena, Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II has extended her best wishes to the people of Sri Lanka who are celebrating the Independence Day.
The Queen offered best wishes for the good fortune and happiness of the people of Sri Lanka in the coming year.
