First Lady Shiranthi Wickremasinghe Rajapaksa opened the Weeraketiya Poson Zone which was held near the Carlton Pre-School on Sunday.
The British High Commissioner in Sri Lnka John Rankin too participated as a special guest at the occasion.
The teachers of the Carlton Pre-School presented a Bhakthi Gee at the Poson Zone. Ministers Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena, Mahinda Amaraweera, Parlimentatian Namal Rajapaksa, Presidential Chief of Staff Gamini Senarath, Lt.Yoshitha Rajapaksa, the wife of South African High Commissioner in Sri Lanka were present.
