The delegation on their arrival at the Bandaranaike International airport was received by the Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Kolitha Gunatilleke and His Excellency, Noopporn Adcharivavanich, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand in Sri Lanka.

The Thai Defence Chief is scheduled to pay official calls to His Excellency the President, Prime Minister, State Minister of Defence, Secretary to the MOD and Chief of Defence Staff and also visit the Temple of Tooth Relic , Jaya Sri Maha Bodhiya and heritage sites in Anuradhapura during his stay in Sri Lanka.
