Several spells of showers are expected today (4th June) in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Southern and Central provinces.
Showers or thundershowers will also occur at a few places in the North-Central, Eastern and Uva provinces after 2.00.p.m.
Temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers will occur and public is requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning.
