Sri Lanka Navy installed a Reverse Osmosis system at Hambegamuwa Rajamaha Viharaya to prevent Chronic Kidney Disease.
The opening ceremony was held recently with the participation of the Project Director of the Presidential Task force on Prevention of Kidney Disease Asela Iddawela.
Navy’s Research and Development unit provided the required technical know-how for the construction. This will provide the villagers with clean water for their daily consumption.
