The program is implemented with the purpose of bringing all the public sector services to the villages to facilitate people in their home towns. According to the Minister of Home Affairs Wajira Abeywardhane, 21 divisional mobile services will be held in the district.

He said that the government through the program expected to provide solutions for the unresolved problems of the people in the area and there is a basic plan to solve nearly 250,000 problems of public, divisional secretariat wise.

He further added that there is no political purpose behind the program.
