The Naval Hospital in the Northern Naval Command in coordination with the Blood Bank of the General Hospital, Jaffna organized a special blood donation campaign on 10th December.
This was organized to parallel to the 66th anniversary celebration of the Sri Lanka Navy, under patronage of Commander Northern Naval Area Rear Admiral Piyal De Silva.
Around 200 naval personnel of the Northern Naval Area donated blood at the campaign.
