Navy divers together with Rapid Action Boat Squadron carried out clean-up efforts at the Ambatale Water Treatment Plant on Wednesday (29th March).
The naval personnel cleaned a total of 10 water intake tanks, strainers and distribution tanks which were clogged with mud, moss and other debris.
Ten divers from the Sri Lanka Navy Diving Unit and 12 personnel from the Rapid Action Boat Squadron participated in this cause.
