The Uda Gama established in a six-acre land comprises of 29 new houses with each house having a garden of 40 perches. National Housing Development Authority has granted housing loans at low rates to build the houses.
Minister Premasada at this event will grant Rs. 10 million as 'Visiri Housing Loans' for 100 low income families, Rs 84 million as donations for houses for 300 Kidney patients' families, Rs. 11.5 million worth vocational equipment sets, uniforms, and subject related text books for 250 youngsters, spectacles for 95 visually handicapped persons, and water filters for pre schools in the area.
