The new Divisional Secretariat Building at Thamankaduwa built at a cost of Rs. 82.3 million under the isntructions of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will be opened tomorrow (5th May) by President Maithripala Sirisena at the invitation of Minister Wajira Abeywardhane.
