The project was initiated utilizing water from a well in Aiyyakachchi and constructed a water tank and a water supply system to distribute drinking water within the school premises.

Meanwhile, Security Force Headquarters - East (SFHQ-E) coordinated the construction of a new house with the sponsorship of 'Gauthama Daruwo Arya Foundation' for a needy family at Maithreegama, Welikanda.

The new house was presented to a father of two children who didn't have a permanent source of income and was previously living in a hut.
