Fairly strong gusty winds can be expected over Hambantota District and Maduru-oya area, said the Met Department today (21st Sept.).
Several spells of showers will occur in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central provinces and in the Galle, Matara districts.
Several spells of light showers will occur in the North Western province.
Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in the Uva province and Ampara and Batticaloa districts after 2.00pm.
