Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa said that President Mahinda Rajapaksa will win the upcoming Presidential election with a majority of three million votes, irrespective of other candidates from the opposition parties.

The minister was speaking at the opening of the Presidential Election office in the Katana Divisional Secretariat Division on Monday. He said that the country should have an Executive Presidential system for a few more years as sinister forces are still in operation against the country and this position should be held by President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
