The aim of this Complex is to provide building materials, appliances and services of high standard and at reasonable prices under one roof. The expenditure to be incurred by the State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka on the project is 1.2 Billion rupees.

The Institute of Construction Training and Development and the State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka are handling the work on a model park parallel to this project. The C-City Supermarket is being constructed on a 16-acre block of land and will have 261 trade stalls.(ST/KH)
