Resource persons would be, University Lecturer Association Vice President, Senior Lecturer  of Ruhuna University Upali Pannilage, Human Rights Activist Lawyer Lakshan Dias, President of Sri Lanka Working Journalists Association and Ravaya News Editor Lasantha Ruhunage and Media Employees' Trade Union Federation General Secretary Dharmasiri Lankapeli also will take part in the forum.

The program is organized by Southern Province Journalists Association, Matara Journalists Association and Media Employees' Trade Union Federation .
