He was participating at a ceremony organized in Thulhiriya, Alawwa to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the "Jathika Namal Uyana" yesterday (5th March).

Speaker of the Parliament Karu Jayasuriya graced the occasion as the chief guest.

According to the Minister, the development targets could not be reached divided but a unitary state has to be maintained and upheld for an uninterrupted development.
