The event will be graced by President Maithripala  Sirisena as the Chief Guest and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe as the Guest of Honor.

Local and foreign experts in naval and maritime affairs representing 40 countries and 12 twelve international organizations will share their expertise and discuss matters of professional interest at the two-day dialog themed ‘Fostering Strategic Maritime Partnership’.
