Several spells of showers will occur in the Uva and Eastern provinces.

Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in the Central, Sabaragamuwa, Western and North-western provinces and in the Galle and Matara districts after 2.00 pm.

Mainly fair weather will prevail elsewhere.      
Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Western, North-western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
