The Department of Meteorology today issued Special Advisory for For Naval and Fishing Community in the Bay of Bengal Sea Area says thatThe cyclonic storm “Bulbul” in the Bay of Bengal sea area has located near latitude 14.7N,longitude 89.3E. It is very likely to intensify into a severe cyclonic storm during next 24 hours and move north-northwestwards towards Bangladesh coast. Heavy showers or thundershowers, very strong winds and very rough seas can be expected in the sea areas between latitude 12N and 22N, longitude 84E and 95E. Naval and fishing communities (particularly multiday boats) are advised not to venture into above sea areasb and  equested to be vigilant in this regards till 11th November.

Intermittent showers or thundershowers, strong winds 80-90 kmph & gusting up to 100- 110 kmph at times and high to very high seas can be expected over warning area (latitudes 12.0 0N to 22.0 0N and longitudes 84.00E to 95.00E).
