CaFEE observed that heads of all political parties are responsible in promoting a free and fair election. “They are responsible in encouraging persons who get nominations to
uphold all the election rules and regulations during the election period,” CaFEE added.

CaFEE also warned of a possibility of political feuds growing into racial or religious conflicts between different communities. Thus, they requested to pay close attention to and
follow practical regulations regarding the behaviors of media and social media to prevent such conflictive incidents.

CaFEEalso notes that both the election period and the New Year season coincides, which shall allow easy opportunities to bribe voters and carry out illegal political campaigns.
CaFEE is to monitor all such activities and take necessary action against such wrongdoers, CaFEE pointed out.
