They discussed about getting the assistance of India to develop the roads in Sri Lanka as well as developing trade ties between Sri Lanka and Andra Pradesh.

Discussions to commence joint ventures with Andra Pradesh were held as well as obtaining the expert knowledge on botanical science and internal fishing were also discussed.

Minister Gadkari and Chief Minister Naidu assured their full support to Sri Lanka and also strengthen the ties between the two countries.

Sri Lanka’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Ravinatha Ariyasinghe Additional Secretary to Prime Minister Saman Athaudahetti and Advisor to the ministry of Development Strategies and International Trade Mangala Yapa also participated.
