The message further states: “People have endorsed the measures taken by the government to develop the country, protect the sovereignty and strengthen the territorial integrity of the country.

The President furthermore states that, the election result clearly shows that no force can defeat the national interests of the country as the patriotic people will never allow this to happen.  The President also stressed that the government always gives priority to fulfilling the people’s needs and aspirations.

The President also expressed his gratitude to all concerned for helping conduct a free and fair election.
