Construct 2014  will be held until 10th August 2014  at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Center (SBMEC) Colombo.

Construct 2014 organized for the 14th consecutive year consists of  300 stalls  showcases products from Malaysia, India, Pakistan, Japan and China.
 
The exhibition will display all facets related to the construction industry including the latest technological advancements in equipments, building materials, services and techniques in the related fields.

A dummy of the proposed Auditorium at the Mahinda Rajapaksa Vidyalaya in Pitipana which is to be constructed with financial assistance from the Sri Lanka National Construction Association is also being displayed at the venue.

Minister of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities Wimal Weerawansa, Senior Minister Piyasena Gamage, Education Minister Bandela Gunawardena, Deputy Minister Lasantha Alagiyawanna and President of NCASL Sunil Liyanaarachchi were present at the occasion.(KH)
