The Sevanapitiya Aquaculture Development Center built at a cost of Rs. 430 million under “Pibidemu Polonnaruwa” Programme was also declared open by the President. Then the President participated to hand over Rathmalkandiya Health Center constructed to provide enhanced medical facilities to the public. Rs. 110 has been spent on this programme.Then Siripura Govijana Seva Center built at a cost of Rs. 17 million was vested with the public by the President and the Mudunkadawala Health Center constructed at a cost of Rs. 110 million was also declared open by the President.

Then the President participated to hand over the renovated monastery with Rs. 2.5 million at Nikawathalanda Sri Purwarama Viharaya.The newly constructed Dhamma School building at Sri Visuddharama Vihara in Aralaganvila was also vested with the student by the President.The Chief Incumbent of Dimbulagala Maha Kashyapa Maha Pirivena Ven. Devagala Devalankara Nayaka Thero and Maha Sanga, Governor of the North Central Province Saratha Ekanayake, Mayor Chanaka Sidatha Ranasinghe and several others were present on the occasion.
