The President inquired from the hospital authorities with regard to the treatment provided to the Ven. Maldeniye Jinalankara Thera.
The President earlier on several occasions personally visited the Ven.Thera when he was ailing.
In the meantime, President Maithripala Sirisena also joined in making inquiries into the well-being of Somawardena Weerasinghe who served as a soldier during the Second World War.
