At a meeting held in the Temple Trees the proposals were discussed at length. The President said that he will also hold talks with the senior members of the SLFP in this regard. and stressed that he will not hesitate to take crucial decisions on political and economic matters that lead to the well being of the country.

President Rajapaksa asserted that he would not hesitate to take political as well as economic decisions that should be taken for the betterment of the country.

Ministers Susil Premajayantha and Dulles Alahapperuma and Deputy Minister Weerakumara Dissanayake were among those present at the occasion.
