This event is organized by Illustrious Sir Jayantha Kapuwatte to give more awareness  to Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) prevalent in the North Central Province and the concert aims to redress a more urgent problem affecting a wide spectrum of Sri Lankan society which prompted us to stage "Autumn Breeze 2014”.

Proceeds of this concert will go to assist the CKD project of National Project for prevention of Kidney Disease at Ministry of Special Projects Sri Lanka.

Artists, local & international have volunteered to join and enrich this colorful tapestry of entertainment. Invitees will include ambassadors & members of Diplomatic Corps,  parliamentarians, representatives of government & non-government agencies, religious leaders, corporate leaders, celebrities and  media personnel from Sri Lanka and overseas.(KH)
