The Mobile App shows the direction of the Maligawa, history of the Maligawa, the places inside the Maligawa, photo gallery and information about the Dalada Perahera. The idea behind the Mobile App is to provide important information of the most sacred place for the Buddhists to the rest of the world.

The mobile app was launched with the blessings of the Most Ven. Udugama Sri Dhammadassi Rathnapala Buddharakkhita Mahanayake Thero of Asgiriya Chapter and Most Ven. Tibbatuwawe Sri Siddharatha Sumangala Mahanayake Thero of Malwatta Chapter with Pradeep Nilanga Dela, Diyawadana Nilame of Sri Dalada Maligawa.

The Application was initiated by Asanga Abeyagoonasekera with the support of Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa. It was developed by Accura Tech. It is now available at any Android and IOS App stores for free download.  (KH)
