At a Selection Committee meeting held , the Sri Lankan Cricket National Selectors has selected the following players as the Captain and the Vice Captain of National ODI and T20 teams.
Angelo Mathews has been appointed as the Captain of the National ODI Team while Lahiru Thirimanne has been appointed as the Vice Captain of same until March 2015.
Lasith Malinga has been appointed as the Captain of the National T20 Team while Lahiru Thirimanne has been appointed as the Vice Captain of same until March 2015.
These appointments has received the approval of the Minister of Sports SLC announced.
