Organized by the Lanka Exhibition and Conference Services (LECS) in association with the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Yalpanam (CCIY), the JITF 2017 is supported by the Jaffna Municipal Council, Sri Lanka Convention Bureau, and International Business Council. It is endorsed by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Consulate General of India in Jaffna, and National Chamber of Exporters.

The exhibition will comprise of over 300 stalls dedicated for construction industry, hospitality industry, food, beverage and packing industry, automobile industry, ICT industry, financial services, Apparel and textiles, agriculture, consumer goods, and many others. Crowds exceeding 60, 000 are expected to visit the exhibition. There will be special discounts for over 1,000 products, seminars and workshops, special higher education pavilion, and also evening live musical shows.

A 75-member special delegation from India sponsored by ASSOCHAM of India will also visit the exhibition.
