Mainly fair weather will prevail over most parts of the island.
However, light showers are likely at several places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and North-western provinces and in the Galle and Matara districts.
Strong winds (50-60 kmph) at times can be expected over the country, particularly in the Central hills and Northern half of the island.
