Showers will occur at times in the Ratnapura, Kegalle, Kalutara, Galle and Matara districts.

Several spells of showers will occur at Central, North-western and Northern provinces and in the Colombo and Gampaha districts.

Showers or thundershowers will occur elsewhere after 2.00 p.m.

Fairly heavy falls (about 75 mm) can be expected at some places in the Trincomalee, Batticaloa, Mullativu, Badulla, Ratnapura, Kegalle, Kalutara, Galle and Matara districts.

Fairly strong winds about 40-50 kmph can also be expected in the Hambantota District.
