During the discussion, special attention was focused to issue NICs and temporary Election Identity cards to Nuwara Eliya Estate community.  Accordingly  mobile services will be implemented  centering Nuwara Eliya District to issue temporary identify cards to those who do not possess  identity cards to cast their votes at the forthcoming Presidential Election.

Funding for the purpose will be borne by the Paffrel Organization.  Mobile services will be conducted at 12 centers on Dec.11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 in the following centres.
