This seminar organized by the Department of Government Information with the assistance of the Sri Lanka Journalists’ Association  will be held under the patronage of the Minister of Parliamentary Reforms and Mass Media Gayantha Karunathilaka with the participation of the Deputy Minister Karunaratne Paranavithana and the Secretary to the Ministry Nimal Bopage.
