“The public employees are administrated by the Establishment Code. They should have read it very carefully. In January 2015, and August 2015 President Maithripala Sirisena and the new Cabinet led by the PM Ranil Wickremesinghe were given a mandate to rule this country. Now you have to implement these policies”, he added.

He also added that under the new government led by President Maithripala Sirisena and RanilWickremesinghe number of development projects have commenced and they will be continued further.
