According to him, several websites are spreading rumors targeting some of the politicians who came to the front to help the January 8 revolution. It is the purpose of those websites to weaken the collaboration between President-Prime Minister. “However, we will not allow such things to happen”, minister emphasized.

“President MaithripalaSirisena as the leader of the SLFP and the Prime Minister RanilWickremesinghe as the leader of the UNP have now taken steps to develop this country under a five-year plan”, he said and added “a well-organized group is attempting to disrupt this collaboration.”

Minister made these remarks addressing the inauguration of the “Save the Sports” sports camp.
