US Navy ship "USS Frank Cable" arrived at the Port of Colombo on Monday (29th, August 2016) on a goodwill visit.
The ship will stay at the Port of Colombo for four days.
During the stay, ship's crew will take part in programs including cricket, Baseball and Basketball matches with their local naval counterparts.
The ship is scheduled to leave the country on 1st September.
The Government official news portal is maintains by the New Media Unit of the Department of Government Information and it was titled "news.lk" and commenced in mid1996 and release to Internet from March 01st, 1997.
